It depends on your coaching option. 1:1 sessions are run in a fully equipped studio, so you’ll have everything you need there. If you’re on Hybrid or Online Coaching, I’ll structure your plan around the equipment you have access to so you can still progress properly.

What if I have injuries or limiations?

I’ll adjust your program accordingly so you can train safely while still making progress. If necessary, I will refer you to a specialist before we get started.

What if I can’t make a session?

Life happens, just give as much notice as possible. Sessions can usually be rescheduled if you’re within the cancellation window. The goal is consistency over time, not perfection week to week.
